1. Before the valve is installed, in addition to checking the product certificate, the model should be checked according to the design requirements and the installation direction should be determined according to the flow direction of the medium.
2. The valve should be cleaned before installation. The valve stem can move flexibly without jamming or skewing. The valve should be kept closed during installation (except for welding valves). The handwheel should not be used as a lifting point for installation and transportation.
3. Before installation, the valves should be hydrostatically tested according to regulations, and properly marked. Unless there are special regulations, medium and high pressure valves and main low pressure valves should be disassembled for maintenance.
4. The valve installation shall not be connected by force, and the force shall be uniform.
5. Globe valves, check valves and throttle valves should be installed correctly according to the design.
6. The position of the valve on the pipeline should meet the design requirements and be easy to operate and repair. The valve stem should not face down.
7. The installation of the valve transmission device should meet the design requirements, the joints can rotate flexibly, and compensation measures should be taken for the valve transmission device with thermal displacement.
8. The valve electric device should be carefully checked before installation, check the model output power, steering, speed stroke and total number of revolutions, and clean it up.
9. The installation of the valve electric device should meet the design requirements, and the horizontal installation should ensure that the motor is above the horizontal line.
10. The working environment of the electric device should meet the requirements stipulated in the manufacturer's instructions. If it cannot meet the requirements, remedial measures should be taken, such as heat insulation and dust prevention.
11. For the installation of valve packing, the counterparts of each single packing circle should be staggered, and the phase stagger angle should not be less than 90 degrees. The packing gland should be flat and even when tightening the packing gland, and should not be tightened excessively Bolts, to avoid accelerating the wear of the packing or making the valve action inflexible.
