Knife Gate Valve has short construction which saves material. The gate likes a knife has shear functions which can scrape off the adhesion on the sealing surface and automatically remove the debris. It is generally performed as cutting, connecting or venting device. Due to low flow resistance, and wear resistance, they are widely applied in papermaking, petroleum, chemical, food, cement, mining, metallurgy, alumina, etc

The range of GZP gate valve design is as follows:

1. Size: 2” to 48” DN50 to DN1200

2. Pressure: Class 150lb to 2500lb PN10-PN420

3. Connection ends: ASME B 16.5 in raised face(RF), Flat face(FF) and Ring Type Joint (RTJ）

ASME B 16.25 in butt welding ends.

4. Face to face dimensions: conform to ASME B 16.10.

5. Temperature: -29℃ to 425 ℃
