Plug valve is conical plunger type rotary valve, the valve is opened or closed by rotating 0°~90° so that the passage on the plug is identical to or separate from the passage on the body. The plug valve is a fast open or close through valve, It is usually used for cryogenic medium pipes that need fast full open or full close. The secondary plug valve is also suitable for conveying liquids containing suspended solids and particles, straight through plug valve with insulation jacket structure can transport materials containing crystals.

The main construction features of GZP plug valve are following:
1.The plug valve has simple structure, quick switch, small fluid resistance and fast angular stroke operation.
2.Soft sealing and lubricated hard seal are available.
3.Structure form: lifted type, sleeve connection type, inverted type.
4.Unique design can be antistatic, fire safety, safe to use.
5.The medium can flow in two directions, the installation direction is not limited, can be maintained on the pipeline, more convenient to use.

The range of GZP plug valve design is as follows:
1.Size: 2” to 14”, DN50 to DN350      
2.Pressure: Class 150lb to 900lb, PN10-PN350
3.Connection ends: ASME B 16.5 in raised face(RF), Flat face(FF) and Ring Type Joint (RTJ)
ASME B 16.25 in butt welding ends.
4.Face to face dimensions: conform to ASME B 16.10.
5.Temperature: -29℃ to 350 ℃
